Raven Ray RYT200 (She/Her)

Raven was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas. I made Salt Lake City my home after visiting on a road trip and forgetting to turn around. With a background in Acting and History, my yoga journey began in the Theatre as a means to warm up and “drop in” to character before going on stage. What I thought was simply making me a better story-teller became the catalyst for me dropping into mySelf. For me, movement anchored in breath facilitates the space necessary to discover our deepest truths and beauty.

Kat Dickinson E-RYT500 (she/her) & Lauren Hansen RYT 200 (she/her)

Lindsay Dougal (she/her)

Lindsay is a full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, prenatal yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner in Utah County. She grounds her practice in the belief that birth is raw and powerful—moving with the natural rhythms modeled by Mother Earth. As we embrace the cycles of birth, death, and rebirth necessary for expansion and transformation, we step into our sovereignty—birthing, and living from a place of Connection. Lindsay loves working with families who value collaborative care, are motived in seeking knowledge about birth and postpartum, and are open to exploring the deeper levels of the emotional and spiritual experience of birth.

Lindsay Stefanon C-IAYT (she/her)

Lindsay is a Certified Yoga Therapist and a Registered 500-Hour Yoga Teacher. Lindsay found her way to yoga and holistic healing after being in a car accident resulting in head trauma when she was 14 years old. Through yoga, meditation, and breath work she was able to aid in her body's self-healing journey. This process deeply inspired Lindsay to dive deeper into the body’s remarkable healing abilities. As the years went on, Lindsay’s Yoga practice evolved into more than just a means to heal her body physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Once she realized just how healing and powerful the connection to the body could be, she decided to travel to Bali to receive her Yoga Teacher Training and then furthered her education to become a Yoga Therapist with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. She also has completed courses in and continues to study Ayurveda, Tantra, and Perinatal Mental Health. In recent years, Lindsay has been drawn to work in the perinatal mental health population, as she sees a major lack of support for individuals and couples during this time of their lives. She feels called to provide that support to those in need, seeing how related these issues are to the body, mind, and breath. Lindsay’s intention is to aid in the healing of those faced with infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, birth trauma, and postpartum depression & anxiety among other challenges by allowing clients a safe space to deeply connect to the body.

Mallory Berge, L.Ac. (she/her)

I am a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and a Licensed Acupuncturist by the state of Utah. With a background in dance and kinesiology, I came across Chinese Medical Theory while also studying different forms of meditation and martial arts during

college. These explorations cultivated a deeper sense of body awareness, kept me injury free while dancing, and greatly influenced my understanding of health and wellbeing. After receiving a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the San Francisco Bay area I returned to the mountains and began practicing here in Salt Lake City. Viewing health as a dynamic process, it is my aim to create space for individuals to explore their own inner landscape and discover their true potential for healing. Some of my specialties include athletic injuries and performance, fertility and pregnancy support, women’s health, and hormonal imbalances.
